Kayactive Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kayactive. Because we operate as an independent brand, we enforce a strict return and refund policy. Please review the terms below prior to completing your purchase.
1. Refunds & Gross Negligence
Monetary refunds are only issued in the event of gross negligence or error on the part of Kayactive (e.g., you received the incorrect item, or an item with a clear manufacturing defect).
- If you believe your order qualifies for a refund due to an error on our part, please contact us at KayaActive91@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Customer-Initiated Returns (Sizing & Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the incorrect size, we will accept the return under the following strict conditions:
- Return Shipping: The customer is entirely responsible for purchasing and arranging the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Item Condition & Restocking Fees:
- Items returned in "Like New" condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor/pet hair, and with all original tags attached) will be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit, minus original shipping fees.
- Items returned in anything less than "Like New" condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may be rejected entirely and sent back to the customer at their expense, at the sole discretion of Kayactive.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items are completely final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Bodysuits, undergarments, or items explicitly marked as final sale at checkout.
