Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via economy ground service to keep costs low for you.
- Estimated Shipping Time: 5 to 7 business days once picked up by the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Please allow 10 to 12 business days from the day you place your order to delivery at your door.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions & Delivery Address Accuracy
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
- Incorrect Addresses & Return to Sender: If a package is returned to Kayactive due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to re-route or re-ship the package.
- Delivery Misplacement: Kayactive is not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered by the carrier to the exact address provided at checkout, but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, ownership of the merchandise transfers to the buyer. Kayactive is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking information provided. While we are not responsible for carrier errors, you can also reach out to us at KayaAthletics91@gmail.com and we will gladly provide any order details needed to assist you with your claim.
